Cactus Communications Private Limited (CCPL) has proposed a scheme of arrangement, through National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) approved process. This reorganisation is being undertaken as a structural and administrative realignment to streamline the group structure, enable clear segmentation, improve operational and governance efficiency.

As part of this process, attached notice and the copy of the Demerger Scheme has been made available on the Company’s website in compliance with regulatory directions.
