\u5e74\u521d\uff0c\u5f00\u79d1\u601d\u5df2\u7ecf\u5f00\u59cb\u63a2\u7d22\u53ef\u4ee5\u8f85\u52a9 HR \u56e2\u961f\u8054\u7cfb1000\u591a\u540d\u5458\u5de5\u7684\u5de5\u5177\u3002\u5f00\u79d1\u601d\u7684\u4e1a\u52a1\u5408\u4f5c\u548c\u4eba\u529b\u8d44\u6e90\u8fd0\u8425\u90e8\u526f\u603b\u76d1 Aloka Parulekar \u8868\u793a \uff1a\u201c\u6211\u4eec\u610f\u8bc6\u5230\uff0c\u4ee5\u76ee\u524d\u7684\u5458\u5de5\u589e\u957f\u901f\u5ea6\u6765\u8bf4\uff0c\u4e0e\u6bcf\u4e2a\u5458\u5de5\u4fdd\u6301\u8054\u7cfb\u5f88\u5feb\u4f1a\u6210\u4e3a HR \u804a\u5929\u673a\u5668\u4eba\u7684\u9700\u6c42\u53d8\u5f97\u66f4\u52a0\u8feb\u5207\uff0c\u56e0\u6b64\u6211\u4eec\u505a\u51fa\u4e86\u8fd9\u4e2a\u51b3\u5b9a\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u56e2\u961f\u6700\u521d\u5bf9\u5458\u5de5\u662f\u5426\u63a5\u53d7 Amber \u6301\u6000\u7591\u6001\u5ea6\uff0c\u56e0\u4e3a\u5458\u5de5\u4e60\u60ef\u4e8e\u4e0e\u7ecf\u7406\u6216\u4eba\u529b\u8d44\u6e90\u4e1a\u52a1\u5408\u4f5c\u4f19\u4f34\u9762\u5bf9\u9762\u8ba8\u8bba\u95ee\u9898\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u4e09\u4e2a\u6708\u5185 HR \u56e2\u961f\u5728\u4e24\u4e2a\u4e1a\u52a1\u90e8\u95e8\u8fdb\u884c\u4e86\u8bd5\u70b9\u3002\u5458\u5de5\u7684\u53cd\u5e94\u4ee4\u4eba\u9f13\u821e\u2014\u2014\u5728\u8bd5\u70b9\u9636\u6bb5 Amber\u00a0 \u83b7\u5f97\u4e8660%\u7684\u91c7\u7528\u7387\u3002 \u968f\u540e\uff0c\u56e2\u961f\u51b3\u5b9a\u5411\u6240\u6709\u5370\u5ea6\u5458\u5de5\u63a8\u51fa Amber \u670d\u52a1\u3002
