Additionally, Rubina Parkar, Vice President of Customer Experience &amp; Quality, Cactus Communications, won the <strong>Gold Award<\/strong> as <strong>\u2018Best CX Personality\u2019<\/strong> for spearheading several CX projects over FY 19-21 which have seen tremendous impact on the customer side.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8220;These awards represent CACTUS\u2019 focus on striving for the right customer-centric culture and value, even while working remotely.
