As the Manager, you will be responsible for the business growth, team performance and progression, and operational efficiency of a mid-sized in-house team as well as a large community of freelancers.
As an Operations Manager in our Delivery team, you will need to develop a strong understanding of the academic publishing industry and accordingly drive business decisions for your team. It will be your responsibility to build resources and implement the necessary processes for your team to meet all client requirements and delivery deadlines.

What will you need:
- A Bachelors or Master’s degree in any field
- At least 5 years’ experience in operations management in the service industry
- At least 2 years’ experience in people/team management
- A drive for results
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving capabilities
- Good interpersonal skills

- Ability to positively influence groups of people
- Ability to adapt to the requirements of the academic publishing industry
- High client and business focus
- Strong oral and written communication skills
