As an Intern, Client Servicing at CACTUS, you will work collaboratively with members across multiple departments to monitor and achieve the targets towards CHAT conversion rates . 

Role Overview

  • The Intern will play the role of a Chat Associate converting clients over the CHAT portal
  • Working with team members to monitor and achieve the targets towards CHAT conversion rates, prospect gathering, client conversion rate, influencing repeat customers, etc.

Responsibilities

  • Converting leads generated over chat
  • Gathering prospects
  • Tagging clients history

You fit the bill if

  • You are a Graduate
  • You have Basic Computer knowledge & decent typing speed.
  • Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude
     

SHIFT TIMINGS - Any time between 5 am - 11:30 pm (9 hours shift)
