Lead the development of digital marketing strategies and tactics that beat industry standards for engagement, including email marketing programs, search engine marketing, digital advertising, and content marketing. This includes market research – scoping competitors and finding resources like email lists, places to advertise, etc.
Collaborate with the digital marketing manager, content manager, and technology team to improve website SEO rankings and SEM strategies against key competitors
Determine keywords for PPC campaigns and make regular adjustments to increase click rate so that paid media ads reach key client segments/target audiences effectively on a set budget
Track website traffic and engagement and make recommendations to improve engagement and lead acquisition - analyze user behavior and continuously improve marketing website, landing pages, and digital content to make them more persuasive and improve conversion rates
Guide the operations manager to nurture leads and convert to paid projects
Analyze and report on key business metrics, including revenue growth, campaign statistics, click-through rates, and conversion rates; actionable insights, key client segments, and revenue opportunities.
Qualifications and requirements
Minimum 3 years of in-depth experience in driving online marketing activities in B2B sector
Working knowledge of driving organic traffic and tactics and strategies for paid ads using Google Adwords, Linkedin Marketing Solutions, etc.
Very strong communication skills to create persuasive and exciting marketing content
Proven experience with using analytical and data-driven methods to make continuous improvement to web metrics
An entrepreneurial mindset and motivation to grow a business by driving innovation
Familiarity with various social media and building engagement
