The Sales Associate is expected to be the force that brings the Sales and Delivery teams together. You'll be driving the communication between these two teams and coming up with efficient processes to do this, thereby powering our sales pitches with the necessary information that resonates with the client. You're also required to be tech-savvy as you'll be managing the CRM/sales platform we use. If you're good at managing multiple small projects simultaneously, enjoy exploring new systems and tools, can work with a global team that's spread across time zones, and don't get fazed by the prospect of having to realign your days priorities, you're the one were looking for!

 

Your roles and responsbilities:

  • Coordinate with Delivery teams to get relevant, meaningful information that boosts the impact of sales collateral such as proposals, RFIs, etc.
  • Respond to select corporate client inquiries received through the web channel
  • Create and maintain a database of potential customers (through an online CRM platform*)
  • Be the SPOC for the CRM platform* to address questions from the team related to its usability
  • Maintain a knowledge bank of resources (through SharePoint)
     

You would be perfect for this role if you:

  • Like analyzing information to turn it into meaningful communication suited for the recipient
  • Have superior project management skills and multitasking abilities, and are organized
  • Can monitor and analyze data to track the sales teams performance and prepare quarterly reports
  • Have/Are able to build perspective on how to project data to effectively showcase Editage capabilities and/or meet a clients requirement
  • Are a boss when it comes to owning and driving process efficiency changes
  • Like exploring and recommending productivity and CRM tools
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office suites (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
  • Thorough knowledge of English grammar, punctuation, and style
  • 2 years professional experience, ideally of which 1 year has been in Project Management and/or Presales
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office suites (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
  • SharePoint knowledge preferable but not a must
  • Experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce, Freshsales, Agile, etc.
