Your responsibilities - 

  • Handling multiple round editing (MRE) requests for Korea and Japan market.
  • Providing support to our customers to handle the MRE requests for the Korea and Japan market throughout the day
  • Sending quotations/ confirming jobs/ follow up with the clients

Customer support folks in this role will be working in the following shifts -  

  • Monday - 5:00 – 14:00/ 11:30 – 20:30
  • Tuesday to Friday- 5:30 – 14:30 / 11:30 – 20:30
  • Saturday – Fixed holiday

  • Good understanding of the client needs
