We work across offices and time zones and use a combination of deep local knowledge, customer preferences, service understanding and passion to delight customers on every interaction.

Your responsibilities -

  • Converting leads generated by the Marketing team
  • Providing timely response to emails
  • Providing chat support to clients
  • Playing the role of a Client Manager & responding to client queries and service quotation requests from our ROW client base.
  • Working with team members to monitor and achieve the targets towards client conversion rate, influence repeat customers etc. 
     

You fit the bill if –

  • Minimum qualification - Graduate
  • 1+ experience in a Sales, Client Servicing, Mortgage
  • Basic Computer knowledge & decent typing speed.
  • Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude

Customer support for ROW is available in the following shifts -

a) 22:00 - 07:00 IST Sunday to Thursday. Your weekly offs will be on Friday & Saturday. 
b) 14:00 - 23:00 IST Friday to Tuesday. You weekly offs will be on Wednesday & Thursday.
