Editage’s 50+ member Customer Service comprises of passionate customer advocates from 7+ different nationalities and cultures.   Your responsibilities: 

  • Handling Japanese customers’ requests (Customer servicing)
  • Sending quotation/ Converting customers to meet conversion and revenue targets
  • Following up with the client
  • Should be able to understand clients unsaid needs and act on it
  • Sending quotations/ confirming jobs/ follow up with the clients/ convert them
  • Understand client requests and provide solutions over an email
  • Responsible to provide great customer service

Customer support is available 06:30 - 15:30 OR 11:30 - 20:30 IST on weekdays and 09:00-18:00 IST on weekends. You will be assigned a 9 hour shift during these hours.
