Systems Support Engineer

You will be a part of CACTUS technology team and you will be responsilbe for

  • Remotely managing offshore & onshore IT Support calls & processes for CACTUS
  • Managing IT helpdesk independently and completing tasks within stipulated time frame
  • Understanding the type of call and provide support or escalating to the right team of Server administration or Network
  • Continuously exploring and enhancing the IT support by interacting closely with cross function team at CACTUS
  • Troubleshooting business related applications and co-ordinate with the concerned team to resolve the problem
  • Maintenance of Desktop, Laptop & Server
  • Installing, configuring and troubleshooting MS Windows OS, MS Other Software and internal office applications
  • Performing LAN/WAN troubleshooting and Client-Server connectivity support
  • Communicating effectively with clients across all domains

An ideal candidate is someone who has:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in working with an MNC Global IT Support  managing large set-up of minimum 500 users 
  •  CCNA or MCSE certification
  •  ITIL Foundation certification ( added advantage)
  •  Strong customer focus and solution oriented
  •  Experience in working in shifts and will be open to working in rotational shifts

Shift timing: 6:00AM or 2:00PM or 10:00 PM and 5 days work week

Location: Andheri (West)
